WILMINGTON, MA — Here are EIGHT highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, October 11, 2016:
- George W. Mason, Jr. (44, Malden) was arrested on warrants. (6:52am)
- The red light at the intersection of High Street and Midldesex Avenue was out. Police notified the Public Buildings Department. (9:01am)
- Police assisted a driver who locked themselves out of their Toyota Camry at the Wildwood Cemetery. (10:13am)
- An Oakdale Road caller reported his mailbox was damaged sometime overnight. (11:24am)
- A caller from Markham Metals on Jewel Drive reported they had received bad checks. (11:45am)
- The green light at the intersection of Deming Way and Burlington Avenue was out. Police notified the Public Buildings Department. (1:25pm)
- A 3rd party caller reported a hit and run on Main Street. Police were unable to get a description of the culprit. (1:30pm)
- Police responded to a verbal disturbance between a manager and employee at Red Heat Tavern. Employee refused to leave. Police sent employee on his way. (1:39pm)
- A Marjorie Road caller reported several items missing from her home. She believed her landlord may have entered her home without permission. (4:15pm)
- Animal Control Officer conducted numerous barn inspections throughout the day.
