BOSTON, MA — Wilmington Board of Selectmen Chairwoman Judy O’Connell has been selected to serve on the panel for a “Women in Politics” event, hosted by The Transition Network of Boston, on Thursday, October 27, from 6:30pm to 9pm, at Hotel 140 (140 Clarendon Street) in Boston.
O’Connell will join State Treasurer Deb Goldberg and Brookline Selectwoman Nancy Heller on the panel. Each panelist will discuss their experience of being a woman in town or state politics.
The Transition Network is an inclusive community of professional women, 50 and forward, whose changing life situations lead them to seek new connections, resources and opportunities.
Through small group interactions, programs and workshops, members inspire and support each other to continue a life of learning, engagement and leadership in the world.
