2-term State Rep. Ken Gordon (D-Bedford) and challenger Paul Girouard (R-Burlington) are running for the Middlesex 21st District seat, which covers all of Burlington, all of Bedford, and Precinct 3 in Wilmington. Both candidates recently squared off in a debate last week hosted by BCAT, Burlington Cable Access TV.
Before casting your ballot, watch the 30-minute candidate forum below. The final 5-10 minutes is particularly interesting, with Girouard blasting Gordon for his past support of tax increases, while Gordon alleges Girouard is too partisan and will be beholden to Republican special interests.
