WILMINGTON, MA — After 23 years working in the Wilmington Recreation Department, including the past 13 years as the Director, Debbie Cipriani retired this week.
A celebration of Cipriani was held on Tuesday, September 27 at Angelica’s in Middleton. A large crowd turned out for the well-respected Cipriani, including elected and appointed town officials; past and present town department heads and employees; family and friends; and some of Cipriani’s biggest fans.
Wilmington Community Television was on scene to capture some of the moments from the retirement party, which was organized by Cipriani’s colleagues in the Recreation Department — Karen Campbell and Linda Kanter.
