VIDEO: Highlights From Library’s Shredding Day

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Memorial Library hosted its sixth annual Shredding Day last Saturday, September 24, from 9am to noon, in the Wilmington Town Common Parking Lot.  The event was free of charge to residents.

The Wilmington Community Fund, which runs the Wilmington Food Pantry, subsidized the cost of both shredding trucks.  The library encouraged participants to bring food donations or monetary donations for the Food Pantry to the event.

Wilmington Community Television was on scene to briefly interview Library Director Tina Stewart and capture some of the shredding trucks in action.
