WILMINGTON, MA — Here are 8 things you need to know in Wilmington for Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
#1) According to the National Weather Service, Wilmington will see patchy drizzle with a slight chance of showers. Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 60. Northeast wind 8 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
#2) The Wilmington School Committee meets at 7pm in the Wilmington High School’s Large Instruction Room. Read the agenda HERE. Topics include the district’s ELL plan, curriculum accommodation plan, and a presentation on Educatius, a program which would allow Wilmington High to host more international students.
#3) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs:
- First Look Book Group (3:45pm-4:45pm)
- Music & More with Bernadette Baird (6:30pm-7:15pm)
