BILLERICA, MA — Shawsheen Tech’s Rams Head restaurant is open for business.
The student-operated facility will resume its weekly Tuesday through Friday dining schedule and will be offering two seatings: 11:30am and noon.
Patrons are encouraged to make reservations by calling 978-671-3668 any time after 8:30am during the week.
The Ram’s Head Dining Room is a direct connection to the Culinary Arts shop. The restaurant provides students on-site training in a number of areas: preparing the food, setting the tables, serving the patrons, clearing the table, and completing register transactions. As the students progress to the upper class, they learn a more detailed style of service, as well as restaurant management.
The restaurant’s menu changes daily to allow the students to see many different styles of food, both in cooking procedures as well as ethnic styles.
The restaurant is located in the back of school with reserved parking. Hours and days open are subject to school closing and school schedule.
