5 Things You Need To Know In Wilmington Today (September 16)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are 5 things you need to know in Wilmington for Friday, September 16, 2016.

#1) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs — a Drop-In Storytime at 10am and a Middle Grade Book Club at 3:45pm. Learn more HERE.

#2) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its regular Friday activities — Video Exercise (10am); Special Exercise (11am); Bingo (1pm); and Cards (1pm). There is also a special Alcohol Ink Jewelry class at 10:30am. Learn more HERE.

#3) Wilmington High School is holding its Homecoming Dance, from 7pm to 10pm, in the WHS Gym. Dance contracts must be turned in. Tickets cost $10 at the door.

#4) Oil painting classes begin TODAY from the Wilmington Arts Council. Learn more HERE.

#5) Bids to demolish the vacant building next to St. Dorothy’s are due TODAY by 10am to the Town Manager’s Office. Learn more HERE.
