WILMINGTON, MA — According to the Wilmington Town Clerk’s calendar, there are EIGHT town board and committee meetings scheduled for the week of Monday, September 12, 2016.
Monday, September 12
- The Wilmington Housing Authority meets at 5pm at Deming Way. Read the agenda HERE. Topics include a discussion of the proposed capital improvement plan for FY17.
- The Wilmington Board of Selectmen meets at 7pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE. Topics include a discussion of the facilities master plan, an update on New England Trainsrail proposal, and six various community requests for the board to consider.
- The Wilmington Historical Commission meest at 7pm at the Harnden Tavern. Read the agenda HERE. Topics include: Butters Farm, signage for the town’s historic districts and homes, and a vacancy on the commission.
Tuesday, September 13

- The Wilmington School Committee meets at 6:30pm in the Wilmington High School’s Large Instruction Room. Read the agenda HERE. Topics include: Introduction of new staff, a proposed new substance use policy, the formation of a ‘later start time’ working group, success of the summer athletic camps, and discussion of the Superintendent’s Goals for the school year.

Thursday, September 15
- The Wilmington Elderly Services Commission meets at 1:30pm at Wilmington Senior Center. The agenda will be posted HERE.
- The Wilmington Water & Sewer Commission meets at 5:30pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). The agenda will be posted HERE.
- The Wilmington Facilities Master Plan Committee meets at 7pm in the Wilmington High School Media Room. Read the agenda HERE. The committee will finalize the alternatives for municipal facilities.
