WOBURN, MA — Jane (Dobbins) Fugazzotto, 73, of Woburn, passed away at the Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading on Saturday evening, August 13. She was the wife of Victor J. Fugazzotto, Jr.
Born in Winchester and raised in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur, and the late Doris (Mekkelsen) Dobbins.
Jane worked for Hub International Insurance Brokers in Wilmington in their Personal Lines account manager. After retirement, she continued to work for Hub International on a part-time basis. Jane was an active and faithful member of the North Congregational Church in North Woburn. She participated in many church activities through the years. She also enjoyed quilting and gardening; and she loved volunteering at the Woburn Council of Social Concern’s food pantry.
In addition to her husband Victor, Jane is survived by three sons and two daughters, Lisa Delaria and her significant other Edward Turner of Chelmsford, Charles Moyer and his significant other Sandra Craig of Wilmington, Scott Fugazzotto and his wife Jenny of Woburn, Lisa Fugazzotto of Woburn, and Brian Fugazzotto of Woburn. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Cassandra, Scott, and Nicholas Fugazzotto, John Delaria, and Connor Moyer; one great grandson, Nicholas Fugazzotto; and her brother, Tom Dobbins and his wife Fran of Scarborough, Maine.
A funeral service will be held at the North Congregational Church, 896 Main St., North Woburn on Thursday, August 18 at 10:00 am, followed by interment at the Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn. Visiting hours will be at the Graham Funeral Home, 3 Arlington Rd., Woburn on Wednesday from 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jane’s memory may be made to the Woburn Council of Social Concern, 2 Merrimac St., Woburn, MA 01801.
