WILMINGTON, MA — Frances A. “Sissy” (McCarthy) Dalton, of Wilmington, formerly of Medford and Somerville, passed away on August 10, 2016.
Loving and cherished mother of her devoted son Christopher Dalton of Wilmington. Beloved daughter of Joseph F. McCarthy of Wilmington and the late Marilyn (Dameron) McCarthy. Sister of James McCarthy and his wife Christine of Billerica, Robert McCarthy and his wife Linda of Ashburnham. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and several dear friends.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 374 Main St., WILMINGTON, Tuesday, August 16th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 thru 8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Contributions may be made in Sissy’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
