WILMINGTON, MA — Center Fire Firearms Training (12 Bay Street, Unit 209, Wilmington) is holding an NRA Home Firearms Safety Course on Wednesday, August 17, from 6pm to 10pm.
The 4-hour course is designed to convey the skill, knowledge and attitude to safely load, unload and store guns in the home. Topics include: rules for using and storing guns; gun parts; loading and unloading guns; ammunition; and cleaning and gun storage. Please note this is a non-firing course.
This basic firearm safety course is approved by the Massachusetts State Police and meets the requirement for individuals who want to apply for an FID or License to Carry permit.
