WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Department of Public Works will begin grinding and resurfacing the following roadways, potentially starting Monday August 15, 2016:
- Shawsheen Avenue (Aldrich Road to Nichols Street)
- Aldrich Road (Shawsheen Avenue to Billerica Town Line)
- Houghton Road (Kendall Street to Andrew Street)
- Andrew Street (Houghton Road to Aldrich Road)
- Tomahawk Drive (Aldrich Road To End)
Please be advised that the This date may be postponed due to inclement weather or scheduling delays with the Town’s roadway contractor.
During grinding and paving operations, area residents will have access to and from their properties at all times, although there may be short delays.
Please be aware that this restriction may be altered during construction for concerns due to safety or traffic volume.
Please obey the directives of police details, detour signs, and warning signs during all construction operations.
