WILMINGTON, MA — Here are TEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, July 20, 2016:
- Police investigated a possible bonfire at Town Beach. Situation checked OK. An individual was using a candle as light for drawing. (12:44am)
- Police received burglar alarm alert from the Bruins locker room. Situation checked OK. Alarm was accidentally set off by a trainer. (7:42am)
- Michael R. Busook (24, Wilmington) was arrested for Violating An Abuse Prevention Order; Being A Fugitive From Justice On A Court Warrant; and Other Warrants. (9:20am)
- A Taft Road caller found an expensive Breakpoint bicycle leaning on the fence at the back of his property. Police notified DPW to pick up. (10:01am)
- Police noticed a Market Basket carriage located in front of a Clark Street home. Police contacted Market Basket, who will send an employee to retrieve. (10:17am)
- A Waltham Street caller reported keys were stolen from his business vehicles on the night of July 18. (12:26pm)
- Police responded to a dispute between neighbors on Ogunquit Road over dumping grass clippings in conservation land. (6:34pm)
- A Salem Street caller reported he was arguing with a telemarketer and was threatened. He wanted the incident logged. (7:37pm)
- A gray 2011 Toyota Camry and a gray 2006 Toyota Sienna were involved in a crash at Church Street and Middlesex Avenue. Both vehicles towed. No injuries noted. (8:51pm)
- Police received a noise complaint over a drone flying in the area of Dunton Avenue. Police spoke with drone’s owner, who agreed to cease for the evening. (10:34pm)
