WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SIX highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, July 7, 2016:
- Hayley A. Austin (23, Londonderry, NH) received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Austin was pulled over on Clark Street. (1:05am)
- A caller reported a silver Volvo was traveling on the wrong side of the road and struck a curb on Nichols Street. Police were unable to locate the vehicle. (8:26am)
- Indrit Cora (36, Peabody) received a summons for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Cora was involved in 2-car crash at Middlesex Avenue and Clark Street. A pole was also struck. Other driver was cited for failing to yield. (9:12am)
- A caller reported 10-12 male youths, some on bicycles, harassing customers at the Plaza. Group was last seen coming out of TJ Maxx and standing in front of Panera Bread. Police spoke with boys and sent them on their way. (2:35pm)
- A walk-in party reported that she was asked for sexual favors in exchange for services completed on her car. (6:35pm)
- A caller reported three teenagers were walking up and down Cunningham Street yelling. One was wrapped in a blanket. None were wearing shoes. They were playing around with wheelchairs. Police spoke with the teens and advised them not to play in the street and to bring the wheelchair home. (7:15pm)
