WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Police and Fire Departments paid a visit to the Wilmington Recreation Department’s Tiny Tots/Kids Club Summer Program on Tuesday.
The police officers and firefighters spoke to the children about what police officers and firefighters do. The officers and firefighters also showed off a police car and a fire truck to the children, explaining how each works. The children were even able to take tours of both vehicles.
The Tiny Tots/Kids Club children then presented homemade thank you letters to the officers and firefighters.
The staff at the Tiny Tots/Kids Club Program wishes to thank the Wilmington Fire and Police Departments for putting on a great enrichment program for our campers!
