WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Department of Public Works will be grinding and resurfacing the following roadways beginning on Monday, July 11:
- Middlesex Avenue (from Wildwood Street to Main Street)
- Church Street (from Middlesex Avenue to Adams Street)
- Adams Street (from Middlesex Avenue to #29 Adams Street)
This date may be postponed due to inclement weather or scheduling delays with the Town’s roadway contractor.
During grinding and paving operations, Middlesex Ave will be closed from Route 62 to Main Street, depending on traffic conditions and equipment accessibility. Area residents and businesses will have access to and from their properties at all times, although there may be short delays.
Please be aware that this restriction may be altered during construction for concerns due to safety or traffic volume.
Please obey the directives of police details, detour signs, and warning signs during all construction operations.
