PHOTO OF THE DAY: Pokemon-Themed Wedding Takes Place In Wilmington

WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington played host to a Pokemon-themed wedding over the weekend.

As reported by Fox 25 News, Doug Engler and Leann Wetherby tied the knot in Pokemon attire at the Northeast Comic Con at the Shriners Auditorium on Saturday.

The two met at an anime convention in 2013, bonded over Pokemon, and fell in love playing Minecraft online.

“Being able to share our day with the type of people we like to be around…it just felt like the right place to do it,” Doug told Fox25.
