5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (May 23, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Monday, May 23, 2016.

#1) The Wilmington Board of Selectmen meets at 7pm at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs — Mediating Disputes at Work and at Home (10am-noon) and PJ Storytime (6:30pm-7pm). Learn more and, if required, register HERE.

#3) Three Wilmington High School varsity teams are scheduled to compete today.

  • WHS Boys Tennis vs. Arlington — 3:30pm — WilmingtonHigh School
  • WHS Baseball @ Tewksbury — 3:45pm — Tewksbury High School
  • WHS Softball vs. Lawrence — 6pm — Wilmington Town Park (Route 38)

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its typical Monday activities — Blood Pressure Clinic (9:30am); SBF Exercise (9:45am); Special Exercise (11am); Knitting/Crocheting (11am); and Quilting (1pm).

#5) TRAFFIC ADVISORY: The Water Department will begin TODAY with the installation of a new 8-inch cement lined ductile iron water main on Kilby Street, from Carmel Street to Doanne Street. Learn more HERE.
