WILMINGTON, MA — Think that you know ‘Who’s on first?’ ‘What is the name of the first baseman?” Certainly you can name the largest of the Great Lakes? The Capital of the State of Nebraska is, um? If you know the answers to these probing questions, then get your three smartest friends and enter the 8th annual Wilmington Rotary Club’s Night of Trivia.
This year’s competition will be held on Friday, June 10th at Fez Room at the Shriners Auditorium. The doors will open at 6:00 PM and the Trivia questions will begin at 7:00 PM sharp. For an entrance cost of $ 100.00 per team of four, you will compete with some of the most knowledgeable trivia experts in the world. Three series of 25 questions will be asked by well known comedian Steve Bjork. Questions will include general information, sports, history, music, art, entertainment, literature and Wilmington facts. This year’s winning team will get not only bragging rights but also a nearly priceless trophy.
All proceeds from this fun filled evening will be directed to the Rotary Scholarships. Be sure to bring munchies (brain food) and thinking caps and test your knowledge of all things trivial. A cash bar will be available.
