WILMINGTON, MA — Here are TEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Friday, May 6, 2016:
- Police officer conducted crosswalk duty at high school after crossing guard called out sick. (6:47am)
- Carolyn Road resident reported her “Trump” lawn sign was stolen off her property overnight. (9:05am)
- Employee at ‘Art of the Event’ on Middlesex Avenue reported a past employee is making harassing phone calls and caused a disturbance in the store yesterday. Police advised employee of no trespass order process. (1:37pm)
- A tractor trailer unit pulled wires down at Everett Avenue and Faulkner Avenue. Police temporarily closed streets and contacted RMLD. Police issued a citation to driver for failure to obey DPW signs. (2:04pm)
- West Intermediate staff member reported a parent with a no trespass order was on the property, attempting to gain access to the school. Parent left by the time police arrived. Police spoke with parent to advise him of the no trespass order. (3:09pm)
- A missing juvenile was reported from Milestone Group Home on High Street. (3:16pm)
- A Cottage Street resident reported a credit card fraud. (5:07pm)
- K9 Ridic conducted training at Camp 40 Acres. (6:07pm)
- Police officer requested assistance separating two Rodeo riders having a confrontation at the Shriners Auditorium. Response was cancelled once riders were separated. (9:42pm)
- A caller reported at least one person was on the roof of the Boutwell School. Police responded and did not locate anyone or any vehicle in the lot. (10:38pm)
