5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (April 19, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Tuesday, April 19, 2016.

#1) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is running TWO programs — A Morning with Babymouse (11am-noon); SAT Practice Test (1pm-5:30pm); and Movie Night: Star Wars – The Force Awakens (6:30pm-8:30pm). Learn more and register HERE.

#2) State Rep. Ken Gordon, who represents Precinct 3 in Wilmington, is holding Office Hours from 7pm to 8pm at the Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue).

#3) The Wilmington Board of Health meets at 5:30pm at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Board of Library Trustees meets at 7pm at Wilmington Memorial Library (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#5) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is hosting its normal Tuesday activities —  Aerobics (10:30am); Wii Bowling (12:30pm); and 3B Fitness (2pm).

PLUS: The Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks (777 South Street, Tewksbury) holds bingo — open to the public — every Tuesday at 6:45pm. Doors open at 5pm. Pizza, hot dog and pastries are sold. Free coffee.

PLUS: Red Heat Tavern is holding its weekly bar trivia (pub quiz) with Geeks Who Drink from 7pm to 9pm. Learn more HERE.

PLUS: Angels In Motion meets every Tuesday, from 9:30am to 2:30pm, at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall (112 Middlesex Avenue).  The club provides a great opportunity for seniors to meet new friends or reacquaint with old ones.  Spend the day playing cards, board games, or just chatting with folks!  A luncheon is served as noon.  There are NO fees. The KofC Hall is handicap accessible.
