WILMINGTON, MA — Here are NINE highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Monday, April 11, 2016:
- A gray 2014 Toyota Corolla and a black 2015 Honda Accord were involved in a crash at Charles River Labs on Ballardvale Street. No injuries reported. (8:52am)
- Police issued multiple citation for texting while driving on Main Street and Lowell Street. (9:42am, 9:53am, 11:06am, 11:43am, 12:04pm, 3:21pm, 5:22pm)
- Police notified Verizon over a low-hanging wire over a sidewalk on Adams Street. (1:09pm)
- A Planet Fitness customer reported his Android phone was stolen out of his locker while using the equipment. (1:21pm)
- A Tanner Road resident reported a neighbor’s dogs attacked her dogs. Animal Control Officer responded. (2:55pm)
- A gray 2003 Toyota Tundra and a white 2014 Honda Accord were involved in a crash on Main Street. No injuries reported. (3:55pm)
- Al L. Masson (40, Lowell) was arrested on indecent assault & battery on a person 14 or over. Masson was arrested after Chili’s employees called the police to report 2 men were causing a scene in the restaurant and one grabbed a serve inappropriately. (4:25pm)
- Leonard Echeverria (28, Chelsea) was issued a summons for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. (5:47pm)
- A Fairmeadow Road caller reported her two sons left approximately 30 minutes ago to walk the dog and have not returned. She checked the area an called their cellphones and cannot locate them. Children wound up returning prior to the police’s arrival. (6:43pm)
