To my fellow Wilmington residents:
On April 23, you will have the opportunity to cast two votes for two new members of your Wilmington Board of Selectmen. As a member of the Board of Selectmen now and it’s current Chairman, I want to share that I will be casting one of my votes for Kevin Caira.
Kevin’s qualifications for the office of Selectman are broad and deep. His professional career experience working in the State’s Retirement system and also in a municipal setting for the City of Amesbury, give him a unique appreciation for and understanding of the day to day budgetary and operational issues associated with local government.
Moreover, Kevin’s long established presence as an active volunteer in a host of organizations, committees and initiatives illustrate his willingness and ability to contribute his time and talents for the betterment of our community.
I am voting for Kevin, and I ask you to do the same, not just because he is a life-long resident of our great town. But, because, through that life here, he has been a consistent, dependable, productive member of our community. We can count on Kevin Caira to bring his energy, knowledge and love for Wilmington to the office of Selectman.
I look forward to working with him and thank you for supporting him on Election Day, April 23.
