WILMINGTON, MA — Here are TEN things to do today in Wilmington on Tuesday, April 12, 2016.
#1) The Wilmington Pops Concert will be held on 7pm in the Wilmington High School Auditorium. The event features the WHS Honors Jazz Rock Ensemble; WHS a cappella groupos — Soundscape and Cadence; WHS “Flarinet” Ensemble; WMS Jr. Jazz Band; and guest emcee WHS alum Michael Semonelli. Tickets cost $5 at the door. Teachers and staff get in free with an ID.
#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is running TWO programs — Intro To The Cloud (2:30pm-3:30pm) and Tuesday Night Craft — Hand Lettering 102 (7pm-8:30pm). Learn more and register HERE.
#3) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is hosting its normal Tuesday activities — Zumba (9am); Computer Class (9:15am); Aerobics (10:30am); and Wii Bowling (12:30pm).

#5) The Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks (777 South Street, Tewksbury) holds bingo — open to the public — every Tuesday at 6:45pm. Doors open at 5pm. Pizza, hot dog and pastries are sold. Free coffee.
#6) The Shawsheen Tech School Committee’s Personnel Subcommittee meets at 7:30am in the Tech’s Conference Room.
#7) Red Heat Tavern is holding its weekly bar trivia (pub quiz) with Geeks Who Drink from 7pm to 9pm. Learn more HERE.
#8) Angels In Motion meets every Tuesday, from 9:30am to 2:30pm, at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall (112 Middlesex Avenue). The club provides a great opportunity for seniors to meet new friends or reacquaint with old ones. Spend the day playing cards, board games, or just chatting with folks! A luncheon is served as noon. There are NO fees. The KofC Hall is handicap accessible.
#9) WHS Girls Tennis hosts Woburn at 3:30pm at Wilmington High. WHS Baseball travels to Woburn High at 3:45pm. WHS Softball travels to Woburn High at 3:45pm. WHS Boys Lacrosse travles to Lexington at 4pm at Lincoln Park.
