10 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (April 11, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are TEN things to do today in Wilmington on Monday, April 11, 2016.

#1)  Bill Dube Hyundai (271 Main Street) is holding a Red Cross Blood Drive from 2pm to 7pm. Learn more HERE.

#2) The Wilmington School Committee’s Policy Subcommittee meets at 8am in the Roman House’s Small Conference Room. Read the agenda HERE.

#3) The Wilmington Housing Authority meets at 4pm in Deming Way’s Community Hall. Read the agenda HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Historical Commission meets at 7pm at the Town Museum. Read the agenda HERE.

#5) The Wilmington Board of Selectmen meets at 7pm at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#6) The Women’s Club at St. Thomas invites the public to join them in making tie blankets for Project Linus at 7pm at the church. Learn more HERE.

#7) Registration for the Wilmington Recreation Department’s Summer Playground Program takes place at 7:30am in the Town Hall Auditorium. Learn more HERE.

#9) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its typical Monday activities — Blood Pressure Clinic (9:30am); SBF Exercise (9:45am); Special Exercise (11am); Knitting/Crocheting (11am); and Quilting (1pm).  The Center is also hosting a Red Sox Opening Day event at 2pm.  Attendees are encouraged to wear Red Sox attire. #10)  WHS Boys Track and WHS Girls Track hosts  Melrose at 3pm at Wilmington High. WHS Boys Tennis hosts Belmont at 3:30pm. WHS Girls Tennis travels to Belmont High at 3:30pm. WHS Girls Lacrosse travels to Ipswich at 3:45pm.
