Wilmington’s Ricci Helps Stevenson University Win Hockey Championship

OWINGS MILLS, MD — Madison “Maddy” Ricci, of Wilmington, is one of the Stevenson University women’s ice hockey players who helped the team win a championship earlier this month.

The Mustangs defeated Endicott in double overtime with a score of 2-1, leading them to become this year’s Colonial Hockey Conference champions.

Ricci, a freshman forward, finished the season with 3 goals and 2 assistants.  She graduated from Austin Prep in 2015 and plays club hockey with the Wilmington-based Boston Shamrocks.
