WILMINGTON GIVES: Athletic Alumni Association Fundraising For 24 New Banners For WHS Gym

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Athletic Alumni & Friends Association still has a limited number of open tickets for their largest event and fundraiser of the year — 100 Hungry Wildcats. This 6th annual event will take place on Friday, April 8th, 2016 at 7pm, at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall.

Proceeds from this event go directly towards Wilmington’s student athletes. Funds raised will help support the annual Senior Athlete Banquet, Equipment for the Athletic Department, and 24 new banners for the WHS gymnasium.

Tickets are $100 each and include:

  • 1 Number Submission for the Hungry Wildcat Cash Prize Drawings
  • 2 Dinner Plates for the Buffet
  • Entrance Into Raffle Prizes Throughout the Night

Due to popularity and retention from previous years, there are only a small number of tickets available and this event has sold out every year! If you came last year and would like to get your number again, please call Kevin ASAP.

Event Logistics:

Ticket: $100 Per Person, which includes 2 Buffet Dinner Plates (Mastrorilli’s Catering) & Entry to the Door Raffle
*Ticket holder may send a representative or designee. Holder does not need to be present to win.

Location: Knights of Columbus (121 Middlesex Avenue, Wilmington)
Drawing Start Time: 7:00pm

Prize Pot: $2,500
Prizes Breakdown Based on 100 Tickets Sold (may change pending final ticket sales):
1st Place | $1,500
2nd Place | $500
3rd Place | $250
4th Place | $250

The Four winning tickets will be drawn first and set aside unseen until the very end. Following that, all tickets will be drawn at random.

Additional Tickets for dinner only will be available at $25 per plate.

Rules & Need to Know:

The 5th ticket drawn will be awarded a Door Raffle prize of their choice.

Door Prizes will be selected at random throughout the evening.

When all that is left is the original four tickets:

  • Final Four (4) will be given the option to split the pot. If one person refuses, one number is announced & that person gets the 4th place prize.
  • Final Three (3) will be given the option to split the pot. If one person refuses, one number is announced & that person gets the 3rd place prize.
  • Final Two (2) will be given the option to split the pot. If one person refuses, one number is announced & that person gets the 2nd place prize.
  • The Final Number will win the First Place Prize!
