WILMINGTON, MA — Patrick J. Devine, age 83, of Wilmington, formerly of Medford, died unexpectedly on March 27, 2016.
Patrick was the beloved husband of Joan P. (Flynn) Devine, devoted father of Patrick Devine of Medford, Siobhan O’Flaherty & husband Kieran of Wilmington, and Brian Devine & wife Lisa of Medford. Loving “Papa” of Rebecca Devine, Cailin O’Flaherty, Lauryn Devine, Brendan O’Flaherty, and great-granddaughter Gia. Cherished son of the late Patrick and Gretta (Ashe) Devine, dear brother of Michael Devine & wife Nora of Annascaul, Ireland, Tom Devine & wife Zita of Skerries, Ireland, the late Sheila Donovan and Kitty Devine. Patrick is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Patrick was the former Proprietor of Pat’s Foreign Auto in Cambridge and Somerville.
Family and friends will gather for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Dorothy’s Church, Main St. (Rte. 38), Wilmington, on Thursday, March 31st at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Patrick’s memory may be made to Friends of St. Francis Food Pantry, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, MA 02155.
