READING, MA — Reading Police Chief Mark D. Segalla reports that the Reading Police Department is actively looking for the following individual.
Brian English, Age of 30, of Reading, for the following charges:
- Kidnapping
- Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Intimidation of a Witness
- Larceny
English is medium-billed, 6 ft. tall, and 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be operating a red 1999 Ford Explorer, license plate number 783-YD2.
