10 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (March 16, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are TEN things to do today in Wilmington on Wednesday, March 16, 2016.

#1) For students participating in a spring sport at Wilmington High School, a required Parent/Athlete Meeting will be held at 6pm in the WHS Gym.

#2) The Wilmington High School Student Council and Wilmington High School DECA Club are holding a Student vs. Faculty Basketball Game fundraiser at 7pm in the WHS Gym.

#3) Wildwood students and families are invited to the Wilmington Memorial Library for “Wildwood Night at the Library” at 6:30pm.

#4) The Strings Attached Parent Support Group is scheduled to meet at 7:30pm in the Wilmington Middle School Library.

#5) The Wilmington Property Review Board meets at 9:30am at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#6) The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm at Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#7) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs today — Device Drop-In from 2pm to 3pm and Star Mag from 3:45pm to 4:45pm.  Learn more HERE.

#8) The Wilmington Police Department offers safety seat installs at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) every Wednesday, 10am-2pm. No appointment is necessary, but calling ahead at 978-658-5071 is recommended. Learn more HERE.

#9) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its regular Wednesday activities — Exercise (9:45am and 11am); Country Line Dancing (1pm) and Gentle Yoga (3:45pm).  The Podiatrist will also make his monthly visit at 9:30am. Learn more HERE.

#10) The Friends of the Wilmington Memorial Library’s Book Store Next Door (183 Middlesex Avenue) is open from 10am to 4pm. All books are $2 or less!  Every penny of every sale benefits the Wilmington Memorial Library. Learn more HERE.
