Wilmington’s Nora Orpin Performs In ‘James and the Giant Peach’ Production

WILMINGTON, MA — Peacock Players is proud to present the New Hampshire debut of Roald Dahl’s fantastical new musical tale of a boy, his insect friends, and their amazing journey across the ocean together on a giant piece of fruit. Roald Dahl’s James and the Giant Peach is now a new musical for the whole family to enjoy! Featuring a wickedly tuneful score by the TONY Award-nominated team of Pasek and Paul (A Christmas Story the Musical and Dogfight) and a curiously quirky book by Timothy Allen McDonald (Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka and The Musical Adventures Of Flat Stanley), critics rave that James and the Giant Peach is a “masterpeach!”

12 year-old Nora Orpin of Wilmington makes her Peacock Players acting debut in the play.

Performances take place on Saturday, March 12 at 2pm and 7pm; Sunday, March 13 at 2pm; Friday, March 18 at 7pm; Saturday, March 19 at 2pm and 7pm; and Sunday, March 20 at 2pm.

Performances will be held in the Janice B. Streeter Theater (14 Court Street, Nashua, NH).
