5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (March 9, 2016)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Wednesday, March 9, 2016.

#1) Wilmington Youth Soccer’s Wildcats Futbol Club will hold an Information Session for from 7pm-8:30p, in the Shawsheen Elementary School’s Cafeteria (298 Shawsheen Avenue).  Learn more HERE.

#2) The Wilmington School Committee meets at 6:30pm in the Wilmington High School’s Large Instruction Room. The meeting will begin with an Executive Session, with the public session likely to begin around 7pm. Read the agenda HERE.

#3) The Wilmington Board of Appeals meets at 7pm at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding two programs today — Device Drop-In from 2pm to 3pm and Wilmington Website — Hidden Gems from 7pm to 8:30pm.  Learn more HERE.

#5) The Wilmington Police Department offers safety seat installs at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) every Wednesday, 10am-2pm. No appointment is necessary, but calling ahead at 978-658-5071 is recommended. Learn more HERE.

PLUS: The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its regular Wednesday activities — Exercise (9:45am and 11am); Country Line Dancing (1pm) and Gentle Yoga (3:45pm).  There is also a special ‘Stamp It Up’ Card Making Class from 1pm to 3pm. Learn more HERE.
