Your Guide To This Week’s Town Government Meetings (Week of March 6)

WILMINGTON, MA — According to the Wilmington Town Clerk’s calendar, there are FOUR town/school board, committee and commission meetings scheduled for the week of Monday, March 7, 2016. All meetings are open to the public, unless noted.

Monday, March 7

• The Northeast Municipal Gas Pipeline Coalition, of which Wilmington is a member, meets at 10am at Pepperell Town Hall.  Read the agenda HERE.

Tuesday, March 8

• The Wilmington Finance Committee meets at 7pm to discuss the proposed 2016 Wilmington Public Schools budget at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.
• The Wilmington Planning Board meets at 7:30pm. Read the agenda HERE.
• (NOTE: I mistakenly wrote that the Finance Committee and Planning Board were holding their joint public hearing on the town meeting warrant tonight. That is NEXT Tuesday, March 15 at 7pm at Town Hall.)

Wednesday, March 9

• The Wilmington School Committee meets at 6:30pm in the Wilmington High School’s Large Instruction Room. The meeting will begin with an Executive Session, with the public session likely to begin around 7pm. Read the agenda HERE.
• The Wilmington Board of Appeals meets at 7pm at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

Thursday, March 10

• No meetings

Friday, March 11

• No meetings

(NOTE: While unlikely, it is possible additional meetings could be added to this week’s calendar on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.  It’s best to check the Town Clerk’s calendar mid-week.)
