WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.
#1) The Wilmington School Committee meets at 7pm at Wilmington High School (Large Instruction Room). Learn what the Committee will be discussing HERE.
#2) The WHS Lamplighters Guild present an “Evening of One Acts” at 7pm in the Wilmington High School Auditorium. The evening will consist of the Guild’s two winter productions, both one-act plays. The first — Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland — will serve as the Guild’s second annual children’s touring production. The second — Burial at Thebes — will serve as the Guild’s play used for upcoming competitions. Admission is FREE OF CHARGE and OPEN TO ALL.
#3) Wilmington Pop Warner is holding a Registration Session for its 2016 season from 7pm to 8:30pm at Villanova Hall. Learn more HERE.
#4) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding TWO programs today — “Galley Group” for Grades 6 to 12 at 3:45pm and “Music and More with Bernadette Baird” for infant to age 4 at 6:30pm. Learn more and register HERE.
#5) The Wilmington Police Department offers safety seat installs at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street) every Wednesday, 10am-2pm. No appointment is necessary, but calling ahead at 978-658-5071 is recommended. Learn more HERE.
