WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a list of FREE upcoming programs for adults, teens and kids at the Wilmington Memorial Library.

Registration begins 30 days prior to the event. Please register online using our Calendar of Events at http://www.wilmlibrary.org or by calling (978) 694-2099 (for Adult) or (978) 694-2098 (for Children/Teen). Adult Programs:

Strategies for Surviving Job Loss *RR
Monday, February 22, 10 am
Job loss can have a cascading impact on one’s life. Loss of income is often compounded by a diminished sense of self-worth, loss of connections, strains on relationships, changes in lifestyle, depression, anxiety, and higher mortality risk. This presentation acknowledges the deep despair and disempowerment that can accompany the loss of a job and suggests strategies for coping and renewal. Presented by Clare Siska, who was laid off from her longstanding corporate position in 2004 and draws on her personal experience

Bernadette Baird presents music and movement for toddlers and young children through age three.  Sing, play musical instruments and dance.  Ages infant-4 years
