Attention WHS Parents: School Offering Computer Programming Course To Interested Students

WILMINGTON, MA —  Attention Wilmington High parents!  You may want to talk about this opportunity with your child.  Below is a message  recently posted on WHS Assistant Principal Christopher Phillips’ blog:

Interested in learning about computer programming? WHS will be offering a course introducing the basics of the Java programming language. At the end of the course, students will be able to create their own applications with as little assistance as possible. Along with learning the language, the class will also be creating a fun video game which will help put these skills to practical use. The 11 session class will run for about an hour during W2 on White 1 days starting the week of February 22nd. Interested? Sign up with Ms. Peters in the Main Office.
