POLICE LOG for January 26: Ice Thrown At Pedestrian; Hit & Run

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are EIGHT highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Tuesday, January 26, 2016:

  • The driver of a black 2014 Honda Odyssey reported she was rear-ended while attempting to exit the parking lot of The Corner Store on Shawsheen Avenue.  The second vehicle left the scene. (8:43am)
  • A walk-in party reported he lost his iPhone 6 valued at $800. (8:59pm)
  • A Crate and Barrel employee reported a co-worker assaulted him while in a work vehicle. (1:18pm)
  • Police was flagged down by a pedestrian stating they had ice thrown at them from a moving vehicle.  Police was able to locate vehicle in question and spoke with operator. (2:17pm)
  • A Lockwood Road caller received an IRS scam call. (2:21pm)
  • A black 2004 Nissan Z350 and a blue 2006 Ford Crown Victoria were involved in a minor crash at Glen Road and Lawrence Street. No injuries reported. (3:23pm)
  • Everett Police Department located a missing juvenile from Milestone Group Home. (8:35pm)
  • A gray 2001 Ford Taurus and a gray 2015 Ford Fusion were involved in a crash at High-Tech Machine and Tool on Andover Street. No injuries reported. (10:54pm)
