WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Sunday, January 24, 2016:
- A Shawsheen Avenue caller complained his neighboring is shoveling their driveway. (2:33am)
- Richard L. Hill (49, Lowell) was issued a summons for operating a vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. (9:53am)
- Police found an unconscious man near a dumpster at Jimmy’s Garage on Main Street. Police requested the Fire Department, who determined the man down was deceased. This unattended death is not deemed to be suspicious, according to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. (9:56am)
- A caller reported a possible drug deal on Lowell Street. Police checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle in question. (1:08pm)
- A caller reported a man stumbling into the roadway on Shawsheen Avenue near the school. When asked if he was OK, the man was incoherent. Police checked the area and was unable to locate the man. (1:14pm)
- A Milestone Group Home client went AWOL. (1:16pm)
- A gray 2004 Dodge Dakota and a gray 2008 GMC 1500 were involved in a crash at Lowell Street and the 93 North on-ramp. Injuries not noted. State Police handled the scene. (4:43pm)
