WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a list of FREE upcoming programs for adults, teens and kids at the Wilmington Memorial Library.

Registration begins 30 days prior to the event. Please register online using our Calendar of Events at http://www.wilmlibrary.org or by calling (978) 694-2099 (for Adult) or (978) 694-2098 (for Children/Teen). Please note we request registration for programs that are marked (RR). Thank you to the Friends of the Library for funding support for library programs!

Adult Events:

Clarity, Choices, and Your Job Search
Monday, January 25, 10 am
Whether you are looking for a new job or thinking about making a career move, getting clear on your choices and what you have control over is crucial. In this interactive and engaging session, Certified Coach Deb Elbaum will discuss how to clarify your next steps and your goals, and how to recognize the choices that are in your control throughout the process.

Nutrition for the New Year: Three Easy Meals
Thursday, January 28, 7 pm

Nutrition expert Anna Tourkakis, author of Delicious Simplicity: Recipes for Today’s Busy Life will demonstrate an easy to follow day’s menu with a focus on foods which maximize healthy weight maintenance, energy level, and well-being.

Wear your snuggly pajamas and bring your favorite teddy bear or blanket and enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and more! Ages: 2-5 and one or more adults.

Music and More with Bernadette Baird *RR
Wednesday, January 27, 6:30 pm

Bernadette Baird presents music and movement for toddlers and young children through age three.  Sing, play musical instruments and dance.  Ages infant-4 years

Galley Group *RR
Wednesday, January 27, 3:45 pm

Want to discover the next big thing in YA lit? Galley Group is for you! Hang out with other teen fiction aficionados and read books before they’re published. Snacks provided.  Grades 6-12

Storytimes Registration Begins
Friday, January 29, 9am

Storytimes help build a foundation for a lifelong love of books and reading.  Kids will enjoy age appropriate books, songs, rhymes, movement activities and more! Sign up for a six week session of age-appropriate storytimes for your child.

Drop-In Storytime
Friday, January 29, 10 am

Drop in for stories, songs, rhymes and a fun craft! Space is limited, tickets will be distributed on first-come, first served basis. Ages: 2-5 and one or more adults.

Percy Jackson Not Quite Sleepover *RR
Friday, January 29, 7-11 pm

Join us at the library after hours for an epic Percy Jackson celebration of mythological proportions! Snacks, crafts, and movies will play a part in the festivities.  Grades 4-8

Baby Times
Saturday, January 30, 9:30 am

Babies and their caregivers will enjoy this fun storytime that includes rhymes, songs, books, scarves, shakers, bubbles and more. Infants through 24 months

Dads and Donuts
Saturday, January 30, 10:30 am

Dads and their kids ages 2 and up are invited to drop in for stories, songs, rhymes and more.  Moms, grandparents and other caregivers are welcome, too! Ages: 2-5 and one or more adults
