POLICE LOG for January 13: Money Taken From Dunkin Donuts Tip Jar

WILMINGTON, MA  — Here are EIGHT  highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Wednesday, January 13, 2016:

  • Police spoke with a teen who returned to the Milestone Group Home on High Street after having gone missing. (7:04am)
  • Police responded to an argument between two parties over money taken from a tip jar at a Dunkin Donuts on Main Street.  Police sent both parties on their way. (7:11am)
  • A gray 2002 Jeep Liberty and a black 2009 Honda CRV were involved in a heads-on crash on Aldrich Road, with an airbag deployment.  All 3 parties involved signed medical refusals.  Both vehicles were towed. (7:17am)
  • Fire Department and RMLD responded to a wire taken down by a tree at Clark Street and Main Street. (11:29am)
  • Police issued a citation for failure to stop for a school bus on Lowell Street. (2:22pm)
  • Police responded to a minor road rage incident in front of Elia’s Country Store on Middlesex Avenue. (6:21pm)
  • A gray 2012 BMW and a blue 2011 Mini Cooper were involved in a minor crash at Sonny’s Mobile on the Run on Lowell Street. No injuries reported. (7:06pm)
  • Baldwin Road resident reported flames were coming out of his pellet stove. Fire Department responded. (9:36pm)
