WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Senior Center is holding THREE free exercise programs this winter:
- Yoga — February 17 to April 6 — Wednesday afternoons at 3:45pm
- 3B Fitness — January 19 to February 23 — Tuesday afternoons at 2pm
- Zumba — contact the Senior Center for details
Registration begins Tuesday, January 5 for Yoga and 3B Fitness. Visit the Senior Center’s Front Desk or call the Senior Center at 978-657-7595 to sign up for the programs. Registration for Zumba will begin soon.
