WILMINGTON, MA — HUB International New England LLC, a risk advisory and employee benefits firm, recently announced that Mim Minichiello has joined Hub New England as president of the New England Employee Benefits Practice.
Minichiello will focus on providing leadership and implementing employee benefit initiatives across the New England region, building and expanding the company’s offerings as an employee benefits solution provider and working to support producers. Minichiello will be based in the Wilmington office. Most recently, Minichiello served as chief operating officer for a regional employee benefits brokerage firm based in Newton, where she was responsible for executing strategic growth and operational plans. Prior to this position, Minichiello served as the vice president of sales and client services with Tufts Health Plan. “We are excited to have Mim as part of the Hub New England team,” said Shawn McLaughlin, chief sales officer, Hub New England. “Mim’s leadership in building and executing innovative and successful sales strategies will provide our clients and producers with much needed consultative resources and value added solutions in this rapidly changing marketplace.”
