WILMINGTON, MA — 55 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. Here are EIGHT highlights:
- Police gave a ride to a commuter rail rider who got off at the wrong stop. (1:26am)
- The Milestone Group Home on High Street reported another missing juvenile returned. The juvenile refused to speak with the police. (2:15am)
- Caller reported a 25 MPH sign on Middlesex Avenue was knocked down. Police notified DPW. (7:06am)
- State Police received a call that a truck doesn’t appear to have a gas cap on and it spilling fuel on the roadway after leaving Sonny’s Mobile on the Run. Police checked the area and saw the fuel in the roadway, but could not locate the truck, which appeared to have gotten back on 93 North. The company was contacted and the contacted the driver. (11:39am)
- A Tacoma Street caller reported a deceased seagull at the end of her driveway. Caller was concerned it had been shot, but police did not think so. (1:48pm)
- After receiving complaints, police located two people in the Wilmington Plaza parking lot and Rite Aid parking lot, attempting to sell boxes of makeup. Police advised both parties and sent them on their way. (4:13pm)
- A road rage incident was reported in the area of Eames Street and Woburn Street. A company van sped up behind the caller and put their high beams on. Police were unable to locate the van. (4:10pm)
- A minor car accident occurred between a 2005 Hino Truck and a gray 2002 Ford Explorer on 93 South. (5:57pm)
