Did you know the Ipswich River begins in Wilmington. The Ipswich River Watershed Association has recently begun preparing a new 5-year Strategic Plan.  As part of the process, the organization is conducting a community survey, seeking feedback from residents who live near or use the river.  Take their five-minute survey HERE.
