POLICE LOG from December 6: 15-Year-Old Arrested; Oil Leak Behind School

WILMINGTON, MA  — 30 incidents were entered into the Wilmington Police Log on Sunday, December 6, 2015.  Here are SIX highlights:

  • Police helped a driver gain entry to their locked out, running jeep on Mill Road. (9:08am)
  • Police were flagged down by a pedestrian who noted there was oil leaking from a drain pipe behind the Wilmington Middle School, pooling onto the sidewalk. The Fire Department and Public Buildings responded. (9:57am)
  • Billerica Animal Control Officer conducted several chicken coop inspections throughout the morning.
  • Police arrested a 15-year-old from the Milestone Group Home on High Street for a past assault and battery. (2:22pm)
  • A 2-car crash occurred at Andover Street and Route 125.  No injuries reported. State Police handled the scene. (5:34pm)
  • Amanda L. Provitola (30, Wilmington) was placed in protective custody. (7:49pm)
