Dear Editor,
I wanted to let your readers know that for the 44th year, I was invited by the Recreation Department to spend an evening with the children of Wilmington.
Debbie, Linda and Karen had an area in Town Hall decorated and set aside for me to welcome children, read their lists and see just how much they have changed since last year! They were there to welcome the children as they waited for their special moment with Santa.
I would like to thank Addison, Meredith, John, Logan, Danny, Mia, Abbé, Cayley, Lily, Sophia, Madelyn, Callie, C.J., Tyler, Aidan, Meghan, David, Andrew, Collin, Allaina, Delia, Dylan, Colin, Declan, Macy, Anthony, Robert, Gianna, Nicholas, Anthony, Landon, Harper, Jonathon, Jack, Olivia, Gavin, Ella, Adam, Gisella, Bryce, Ryan, Sadie, Dylan, Ava, Jacob, Owen, Mariana, Gianna, Sofia, James, Jaxson, Emma, Dillan, Madison, Kellan and Mackenzie for setting aside time to visit with me. I will take back fond memories of each of you, and will share your good wishes with Mrs. Claus and everyone back at the North Pole.
I will be back in Wilmington very soon! I look forward to visiting with you again next year.
