#1) The Wilmington Fourth of July Committee hosts the Town’s Annual Tree Lighting on the Wilmington Town Common. Hayrides begin at 4:30pm and end at 6:15pm. Ceremony starts at 5:30pm. Learn more about all the event’s activities HERE.
#2) The Wilmington Police and Fire Department will escort Santa Claus through Wilmington neighborhood from 10am to 2pm. Learn more about the route HERE.
#3) We’re One Wilmington is running Day #1 of its 2-day Festival of Trees from 9am to 9pm at Villanova Hall (126 Middlesex Avenue). In addition to over 100 trees, wreaths and baskets up for raffle, the event features over a dozen additional draws from local performers and non-profits. Learn more HERE.
#4) West Real Estate (386 Main Street) is hosting a Toys for Tots Toy Drive from noon to 3pm. Santa Claus, Miss Massachusetts Teen USA, and several professional wrestlers will be on hand for autographs and photos. Learn more HERE.
#5) The Wilmington Recreation Department is holding its Annual Breakfast with Santa (2 seats — 8:15am and 10:15am) at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus. Tickets cost $7. This event is sold out.
