WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a list of FREE upcoming programs for adults, teens and kids at the Wilmington Memorial Library.

Registration begins 30 days prior to the event. Please register online using our Calendar of Events at www.wilmlibrary.org or by calling (978) 694-2099 (for Adult) or (978) 694-2098 (for Children/Teen). Please note we request registration for programs that are marked (RR). Thank you to the Friends of the Library for funding support for library programs!

Adult Events:

Welcome to Wilmington Reception
Monday, November 30, 6:30 pm
The Wilmington Memorial Library and the Chamber of Commerce invite all residents new to Wilmington to a Welcome to Wilmington Reception on Monday, November 30 at 6:30 pm at the library. You will have the opportunity to meet representatives from municipal departments, local organizations and the business community. In addition to learning more about our town, you will meet others who have just moved here. Hope to see you there!

Homemade Gift Ideas for the Holidays *RR
Thursday, December 3, 7 pm
Library staff will present several craft ideas for holiday gift giving. The cost, time commitment and necessary supplies will be shared for each craft plus printed instructions will be provided. There will be a hands-on craft for all to do after the panel presentation. Craft samples will be raffled as well. Holiday refreshments served.

Writing Group *RR
Saturday, December 5, 9:15 am-11:15 am
If you love to write and seek input and accountability, then join our writing group. Please bring up to five pages of written work to the meeting. Open to all genres and levels. Led by local writing enthusiast, Barbara Alevras.

Kids & Teen Events:

Trivia Tuesdays: Teens vs. Parents *RR
Tuesday, December 1, 6:30 pm
Show us your smarts at pub-style trivia! Play against your parents and friends, putting your pop culture knowledge to the test. The winning team walks off with prizes (and bragging rights!). Snacks are provided. Grades 6-12

Storytimes Registration Begins
Friday, December 4, 9am
Storytimes help build a foundation for a lifelong love of books and reading. Kids will enjoy age appropriate books, songs, rhymes, movement activities and more! Sign up for a six week session of age-appropriate storytimes for your child.

Drop-In Storytime 
Friday, December 4, 10 am
Drop in for stories, songs, rhymes and a fun craft! Space is limited, tickets will be distributed on first-come, first served basis. Ages: 2-5 and one or more adults.

LEGO Building
Thursday, December 3, 3:45 pm
Build a unique LEGO creation. Each month there will be a different theme. Kindergarten+.
