WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington High School Marching Band held its Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive on Saturday, November 21, from 9am to 3pm, at Market Basket and Lucci’s.
Students collected 448 bags of food in just six hours! Thanks to cash donations, students were also able to purchase 60 pounds of butter, 60 boxes of mints, and 30 jars of gravy.
All collected food was donated to the Wilmington Food Pantry. The Pantry will be distributing Thanksgiving baskets to its clients this Monday night.
